Both Tech Data and Giacom’s network of channel partners will have access to Sophos’ complete portfolio of cybersecurity solutions, including threat response services, starting in November 2021.
“We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Tech Data and Giacom as official U.K. distributors –they join alongside Arrow ECS to complete our distribution line-up,” said Jonathan Bartholomew, vice president of sales for United Kingdom, Ireland and Nordics at Sophos.. “Both are well established to support the growing needs of their own and Sophos’ channel partners. The onboarding of two additional distributors further advances our mission to provide partners with the best and most complete set of cybersecurity solutions in the market that help organizations defend against ransomware and other cyberattacks.”
As a result of the partnership, Tech Data will deliver Sophos’ full range of award-winning products and services, including Sophos Intercept X, Sophos Firewall and Managed Threat Response (MTR). As one of the largest distributors in the U.K., Tech Data will also be able to provide channel partners with the staffing and tools, such as in-depth sales, technical and renewal support, that they need to accelerate business growth.
