Sophos named a 2026 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers’ Choice for Email Security

Sophos has been named a 2026 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers’ Choice in the 2026 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer for Email Security. This marks Sophos’ entry into the report, as well as Sophos’ first ever Customers’ Choice distinction for Email Security.

In the report, Sophos has an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5.0, based on 235 reviews as of March 2026, making Sophos the most-reviewed Customers’ Choice vendor in the report. Additionally, customers rated Sophos with a 97% Willingness to Recommend score. The report’s vendor summary table also shows 4.8 ratings across all four rating categories – Product Capabilities, Sales Experience, Deployment Experience, and Support Experience – making Sophos the only Customers’ Choice vendor with at least a 4.8 rating across all four categories.
