BRONZE HUNTLEY targets economically and militarily important organizations in countries bordering China and CTU researchers assess with moderate confidence that it does so on behalf of China. It has previously targeted political parties, media outfits, research institutes, military and government organizations, and mining, manufacturing and engineering companies in South Korea, Mongolia, Japan, India and Russia. BRONZE HUNTLEY primarily uses phishing lures to deliver the Bisonal malware and a variant dubbed RatN.
