The Promotion:

  1. This promotional offer is valid for the period from July 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) unless otherwise determined by Sophos.
  2. This Promotion is a limited-time offer only available to participating Partners who are located in the following region: GLOBAL (excl. India, where a separate offer is available, and EMEA Emerging, where model exclusions apply).
  3. The order must be for a single new or existing Sophos customer who is replacing their competitive firewall with a Sophos XGS Series hardware appliance in combination with a 3-year subscription term for Xstream Protection.
    1. Exiting Sophos customers replacing a legacy firewall from Sophos are not eligible for this discount. Separate offers are available for such transitions.
    2. No additional discretionary discounts or promo codes offering discount on Sophos Firewall may be applied, but if eligible, this promo may be combined with DR_NEWCUSTOMER_BOOSTER_10 and HW_3FREE.
    3. This promotion must not be combined with any other promo code that offers a discount on Sophos Firewall or XGS Series appliances.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Each promotion is issued by the Sophos entity indicated for channel partner’s region in the Sophos entity list posted in the Partner Portal.
  2. Channel partners participating in a promotion must be a current member of the Sophos Channel Program in good standing.
  3. Each promotion is subject to the terms of the relevant Channel Partner Terms found at: https://www.sophos.com/en-us/legal and/or any other channel agreement agreed between Sophos and the channel partner (“Channel Agreement”).
  4. A promotion is only valid for orders placed directly through Sophos channel partners in the regions identified in the flyer but always excluding any embargoed regions as stated at https://www.sophos.com/en-us/legal/export.
  5. With a promotion, we enable the Sophos distribution channel to provide an additional discount for a qualifying order (as mentioned in the flyer) placed during the Promotion Period.
  6. Each Sophos channel partner has the exclusive right to determine the prices charged for all Sophos products and services.
  7. A promotion is only valid for the period mentioned in the flyer (“Promotion Period”). It does not apply to previous orders or transactions that were or will be placed outside the Promotion Period.
  8. The promotional code as mentioned in the flyer must be provided at the time of purchase.
  9. The channel partner organization and participants in a promotion must comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and the Sophos policy at https://www.sophos.com/en-us/legal/sophos-antibribery-policy.aspx at all times.
  10. Sophos may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate a promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason.
  11. In the event of any disputes concerning a promotion or these terms and conditions, the decision of Sophos will be final.
  12. A promotion is void where prohibited by law.
  13. Each promotion shall be governed in accordance with the laws determined in the Channel Agreement.
