The offer is valid for purchases of Sophos Intercept X Advanced and Sophos Intercept X Advanced for Server (‘Eligible products’).
Sophos will provide a twenty-four-month subscription for the price of twelve months, or a thirty-six-month subscription for the price of eighteen months. This is effected by applying a discount to the quotation and invoice (the ‘Offer’).
The Offer does not apply if the subscription term is anything other than 24 or 36 months.
The Offer applies to new Sophos customers, and existing customers who do not already have a Sophos Endpoint subscription (“Participants”). Customers already under a subscription agreement with Sophos for any Sophos Endpoint product, are ineligible for the Offer.
Services (including Sophos MDR and professional services), hardware, extended or enhanced support and peripherals are not part of Eligible Products and are excluded from the Offer.
The Offer applies to Eligible Products in the USA, Canada, and Latin America (the ‘Territory’).
The Offer is valid from October 1, 2023 through to March 31, 2024 (the ‘Incentive Period’).
This Offer must be applied at the time of placing the Order during the Incentive Period and cannot be retrospectively applied to orders or transactions placed before the Incentive Period.
This Offer can be availed through only active partners of Sophos located in the Territory (“Partner”) and the Partner must be a current member of the Sophos partner program in good standing.
Sophos retains the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time during the Incentive Period.
This Offer is void where prohibited by law, and subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Sophos will not be liable to the Partner or Participants for any loss or damage arising from this Offer.
The participating Partner has the exclusive right to determine the prices charged for Eligible Products.
This Promotion is only valid for Orders placed directly through Sophos distributors.

This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction regarding any dispute arising out of or related to this Offer.
