Requirements to purchase

Sophos AI Defense is an add-on that builds on the Sophos protection your customers already have. To purchase and enable it, customers must meet two requirements:

• A qualifying Sophos solution. Customers must have Sophos EDR, Sophos XDR, or Sophos MDR.
• Enabled on Sophos Fusion. Customers must be enabled on Sophos Fusion, the Sophos AI-Native Cybersecurity Defense System. Upgrade will begin in October for partners and MSPs.

Because it extends what customers already run, Sophos AI Defense drops into existing deployments and renewal conversations, leading to fast adoption and attach.

Getting started

• Start the AI security conversation with customers who have Sophos EDR, XDR, or MDR. Even if a customer is not on Sophos Fusion yet, begin the conversation now.
• As Sophos EDR, XDR, or MDR customers are enabled on Sophos Fusion, they become eligible to join our EAP program for early access.
