Ubiquiti UniFi Network is the networking application within the UniFi ecosystem that manages switches, access points, and security gateways. It provides VLAN management, firewall rules, traffic analysis, deep packet inspection, and client device monitoring across the entire network. 

UniFi Network generates detailed logs covering firewall decisions, client associations, bandwidth usage, DPI application identification, and network events. These events provide visibility into network traffic and security for smaller enterprise environments, enabling detection of unauthorised devices, unusual traffic patterns, and policy violations.
