Sophos XGS Series Firewall is a next-generation firewall platform that provides advanced threat protection using deep learning AI, intrusion prevention, web protection, application control, and synchronized security with Sophos endpoint products. Its Xstream architecture accelerates TLS inspection and threat protection with dedicated hardware processing. 

Sophos XGS generates detailed logs covering firewall rules, IPS events, web filtering, application control, advanced threat protection (sandboxing), and VPN connections. The Synchronized Security feature enables the firewall to receive endpoint health status and automatically isolate compromised devices, with all actions logged for security operations visibility and incident investigation.
