Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Notifications is a messaging service that enables applications and infrastructure components to publish and subscribe to event-driven notifications. It supports fan-out messaging patterns where a single published message can be delivered to multiple subscriptions via email, PagerDuty, Slack, HTTPS webhooks, or Oracle Functions. 

In a security integration context, OCI Notifications enables real-time alerting on infrastructure events, audit log triggers, and security-relevant state changes within Oracle Cloud environments. It can be configured to forward security events to SIEM platforms, enabling centralised monitoring of Oracle Cloud activities alongside other enterprise security data.
