Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is Oracle's enterprise cloud computing platform providing compute, storage, networking, database, and application services. OCI Audit logs capture all API calls made to OCI resources, recording who did what, when, and on which resources across compartments and tenancies. 

OCI logging services include audit logs, service logs (VCN flow logs, load balancer logs, object storage access logs), and custom application logs. These logs provide security teams with visibility into resource modifications, access patterns, network traffic flows, and potential security threats within Oracle Cloud environments, supporting compliance and threat detection requirements.
