McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) is a centralized security management platform that provides unified policy management, reporting, and event collection for McAfee/Trellix endpoint security products. It manages endpoint protection agents including antivirus, host intrusion prevention, data loss prevention, and endpoint detection and response across the enterprise. 

ePO aggregates security events from all managed endpoints including malware detections, threat prevention actions, policy compliance status, and endpoint health data. These events provide visibility into the security state of every managed endpoint, enabling security teams to identify malware outbreaks, non-compliant devices, and potential compromise indicators across the endpoint fleet.
