Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN (formerly Silver Peak) is an enterprise SD-WAN platform that provides application-defined routing, WAN optimisation, and integrated security services. It uses a business-intent overlay approach to simplify WAN management while ensuring optimal application performance. 

Aruba SD-WAN generates logs covering traffic flows, application identification, security zone policies, firewall decisions, and WAN link health. These events provide visibility into distributed network traffic, enabling security teams to detect traffic anomalies, policy violations, and potential threats traversing the WAN infrastructure.
