Lisa Moorhead

Lisa is Sophos' Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO), having been with the company since 2016. In this role, she leads enterprise-wide AI adoption across Sophos andis responsible forthe strategy, security, and management of the global IT organization, as well as the security of data for Sophos partners and customers worldwide.

Before becoming CDIO, Lisa served as Senior Vice President of IT Applications, leading a global organization responsible for business engagement, enterprise architecture, development, and quality assurance across CRM, ERP, supply chain, data warehouse, and business intelligence. Earlier at Sophos, she led the Cloud Infrastructure Services organization, partnering with engineering leadership to keep the technologies that underpin Sophos products leading-edge, resilient, andhighly available. She also founded the company's IT Business Operations function,establishingbest practices across IT financials, performance management, staffing, and portfolio management.

Prior to Sophos, Lisaestablishedthe Office of the CIO at GoPro, working to grow and mature the IT organization. Before GoPro, she heldvarious leadership positionsat Informatica, delivering enterprise application solutions supporting strategies ranging from pipeline generation and customer acquisition to financial controls and regulatory compliance. Earlier in her career, she served as a senior consultant atExtraprise, delivering CRM, contact center integration, and sales force automation solutions, and began her career at STAR Telecommunications, where she modernized the B2B technical support function with a new CRM solution. Lisa holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
