Product Manager, Cloud

Reporting to the Senior Director Product Management, the Product Manager will act as the force behind identifying and communicating the requirements necessary to scale and differentiate Sophos Cloud. Armed with a deep understanding of Sophos’ target customer, the Product Manager will work with a cross-functional team to define the features, functionality and roadmap for Sophos Cloud.

    Professional Services Engineer

    – USA, Burlington

    As a Sophos Professional Services Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide revenue-generating on-site or remote assistance to Sophos customers, typically up to 15,000 users/endpoints in size. The successful candidate will possess the best of both worlds in technical competence and customer service skills. You will report to the Professional Services Director and be an integral team member ensuring successful deployments of Sophos products within our customer base.  Additionally, this individual will help shape customer deployments by sharing best practices, and lessons learned from direct experiences in related IT security and networking fields. This position requires the successful candidate to be based in the Northeast and comfortable travelling between 2-3 weeks per month.

    Sales Enablement Training Manager

    – USA, Burlington

    The Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of corporate sales training programs designed to improve overall productivity and support the sales teams' goals and objectives in every region. Develops and delivers programs that include product and selling skills training. Works closely with Sophos Sales Business Owners and Global Sales Leadership to ensure that all enablement programs are aligned with the company’s sales and business objectives. Coaches sales representatives and provides skills assessment evaluations to field sales management. Utilizes most appropriate learning methods including ILT, just-in-time training, self-study, computer-based training, simulation and hands-on class exercises. Monitors overall effectiveness of training programs.
