Manage your own email-based account and quickly link to your organization's license information and download credentials. Sophos ID means you have instant access to all of your licensed products and Sophos resources from a single login and password.

You’ll be able to participate in our Sophos Community and easily access SophServ, the Sophos Partner Portal and Mobile app, the Training and Certification Portal, and other useful tools. And we’re always adding new tools for you to access with your Sophos ID.

Your Sophos ID grants you access to any of our whitepapers, webinars, free trials, free tools, and a great deal more. In addition, you can participate in our Sophos Community without completing a profile form each time you visit us.

Should I register with a business email address or a personal one?

You can use any email address you own to create your Sophos ID, however, we strongly encourage the use of your business email address for all users registering for a Sophos ID. If you are a Sophos customer or Partner, your account will be linked to the licensed products your company has purchased.

There is no limit to the number of individuals from your company who can create a Sophos ID.

What happens when I log in?

- Are you a customer or partner attempting to download your licensed software?
When you access the product downloads area of the website, you will be required to log in if you haven’t done so already. Once logged in, you will need to link your product license credentials to you Sophos ID, if you have not previously done so. This can be done from your Sophos ID profile

Your product license credentials can be found on the Sophos License Schedule you received at the time of purchase. Once added, you will be able to download your products and access the all of the free resources on our website. When installing and configuring your Sophos software, you will need to re-enter the product credentials supplied on the Sophos License Schedule.

- Not yet a Sophos customer?
If you don't own a licensed Sophos product, setting up a Sophos ID will not give you access to the product downloads area of the website. However, a Sophos ID will allow you to access all of our whitepapers, free trials, webinars, and our other free resources without the need to fill out any additional forms. Read our privacy policy.

How do I change my password?

After logging in, you can change your password via your Sophos ID profile. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can always request a new one.

How do I remove a user from my company's linked accounts?

If you need to completely remove or unlink a user from your company's account, or set of product license credentials, please contact Customer Service.

I have PureMessage for UNIX. Can I create a Sophos ID to download my software?

- I only have PureMessage for UNIX
You can register for and activate your Sophos ID, however, you will not be able to add your PureMessage for UNIX product license credentials to your account via your Sophos ID profile. To associate your PureMessage for UNIX credentials with your Sophos ID, please contact your local Sophos sales office.

- I have multiple products
If you have other Sophos products, in addition to PureMessage for UNIX, you can create a Sophos ID and you’ll be able to access your other products via the product download area. Access to PureMessage for UNIX downloads, however, requires you to contact your local Sophos sales office.
