Sophos Certified Sales Consultant トレーニングでは、ソフォス製品の販売を始めるにあたって必要となる知識を学習します。「Sales Fundamentals コース」は、ソフォスの会社概要や、Sophos Central Endpoint / Server や XG Firewall といったソフォスの主要製品に関して、非常に有益な内容を学ぶことができます。登録されたばかりのパートナー様に最適なコースであり、まず最初に取得していただく認定資格となります。
基礎コースのほかにも、ソフォスの主要製品を網羅する幅広いセールストレーニングコースをご用意しております。
すべての「Sales Consultant」トレーニングは、トレーニングポータルよりオンラインで受講いただけます。

認定エンジニアトレーニングは、ソフォス製品の主要機能の概要のほか、製品デモや POC (概念実証) に必要不可欠な知識を学ぶことができる、もっとも基礎的なテクニカルトレーニングです。
Sophos Certified Engineer の取得は 2つのステップから構成されます。まずはじめに、Sophos Central Overview コースを修了します。このコースは、Sophos Central の入門コースであると同時に、これ以降のすべてのテクニカルトレーニングの基礎にもなります。次に、利用可能なトレーニングコースの一覧の中から Certified Engineer コースを 1つ修了します。Central Endpoint and Server または XG Firewall が推奨されますが、お好きなコースをお選びいただけます。
Central Engineer コースはすべてオンラインで受講可能です。併せて、製品を実践的に理解するための演習ラボも用意されています。
所要時間： 1～2日間

Sophos Certified Architect は、Sophos Certified Engineer の次の段階のトレーニングであり、製品や機能に関するより深い知識を身に付けることができます。各コースはオンラインのほか、講師が指導する対面授業やウェビナーでも受講できるため、疑問点をその場で質問し、専門知識を深めていくことができます。
このコースを受講するには、あらかじめ関連する Certified Engineer レベルのコースを修了し、必要な基礎知識を身に付けていただく必要がございます。その後、認定アーキテクトコースを選択し、受講できます。Certified Engineer トレーニングと同様に、Central Endpoint and Server または XG Firewall Architect といったコースが推奨されますが、お好きなコースをお選びいただけます。
所要時間: 1コースあたり 2～4日間
受講形式: インストラクターによる指導またはオンライン
Certified Technician (サポート)

認定テクニシャンは、ソフォスのテクニカルトレーニングにおける最終段階のトレーニングコースです。Certified Engineer トレーニングを修了した後に受講いただくレベルであり、パートナー企業やお客様にテクニカルサポートを提供するのに必要なスキルを習得することができます。すべてのトレーニングはオンラインで受講可能です。併せて、テスト環境を使用して製品を実践的に理解するとともに、製品に関するよくある問題を解決できる演習ラボも用意されています。
Certified Architect トレーニングと同様、あらかじめ関連する製品の Certified Engineer コースを修了し、製品に関する基礎知識を身に付けていただく必要があります。
所要時間： 1コースあたり 1日間
受講形式： オンライン
ソフォス製品をご利用のお客様には、製品を最大限にご活用いただくことを目的とした「Sophos Administrator コース」をご用意しております。このコースでは、日々の管理業務を効率化するための知識を学びつつ、ソフォス製品に関するノウハウのブラッシュアップを図ります。お申し込みは、ソフォスパートナーにご相談ください。本コースを修了すると、製品の主要機能や保護機能の仕組みを理解できるようになります。受講可能なコースには、Endpoint、UTM Training、Sophos Firewall、SafeGuard などがあり、以下の事柄を学びます。
