This detection refers to files that have been obfuscated using DotNetGuard, a commercial .NET obfuscator, which Sophos considers to have a low reputation. Such files may be detected as "Low reputation DotNetGuard obfuscated file", and are often found in new potentially unwanted or malicious software.
