We offer 40 paid hours each year for volunteering, so you can support causes that matter most to you. Sophos employees are rolling up their sleeves and making real-world change.
We also respond to global events with compassion and speed, donating to humanitarian relief efforts and urgent causes throughout the year.

In Ropada, India, we’ve helped transform an entire village. Our long-term development program has already impacted more than 600 children, through:

- Building a Path to Net Zero: Our emissions baseline will guide a company-wide reduction strategy, helping us prioritize high-impact areas and make real, measurable progress.
- Shifting to Cleaner Energy: We're actively working to increase our use of renewable energy and improve energy efficiency across our offices and data centres.
- Rethinking Waste and Circularity: From product design to packaging to office operations, we’re looking for ways to reduce waste, improve recycling, and embrace circular practices wherever possible.
