You originally subscribed to a fixed version of an Endpoint Security and Control component, such as a specific version of Sophos Anti-Virus. Now, all you see is a long string such as 443DC50B-DFC1-4678-AC88-19965CAEA3B7# in the subscription details.

What To Do

Review your current software subscriptions.  Consider setting your subscriptions so that they automatically update when the version you have selected retires. Double-click the name of the Subscription and select the option 'Automatically upgrade fixed version software when it is no longer supported by Sophos' in the Software Subscription dialog.
