When you make changes to a public folder, content messages are delivered correctly to the replicated folder, but hierarchy messages are not.
Message tracking shows that messages are stopping at the categoriser.

This is a known issue when Exchange 2003 is replicating to any Exchange version.

What to do

The workaround is to turn off the Email tagging option 'All', on both servers if applicable and then upgrade to the latest version of PureMessage which does not have this issue:

  1. In the PureMessage console, select Configuration | System, then select the Email tagging box.
  2. Deselect the 'All' boxes, click OK and Save changes.

You will need to wait at least 15 minutes as some folder replication is not immediate.
