What To Do
To retrieve the client log proceed as follows:
- Reproduce the error
- Open the SMC client app
- Click on the menu button of the SMC client app
- Select "Send log-files"
- This will open the share with dialog where you can choose to send the log via mail or upload it to a cloud storage provider
