How to get an Android client Log

What To Do

To retrieve the client log proceed as follows:

  • Reproduce the error
  • Open the SMC client app
  • Click on the menu button of the SMC client app
  • Select "Send log-files"
    • This will open the share with dialog where you can choose to send the log via mail or upload it to a cloud storage provider
