- Check you are using a supported web browser. A list of supported browsers can be found in article 119600.
For example, in Google Chrome, you can do as follows:
- Launch 'Settings' from the menu option or by navigating to:
- Click on 'Show advanced settings...' at the bottom of the page.
- Under the 'Privacy' section, click on 'Content settings...'.
- Launch 'Options' from the 'Firefox' menu.
- Select the 'Content' tab.
