How to pre-select or hide the Customer name at Self Service Logon on Sophos Mobile Control

As of version 2.5 of Sophos Mobile Control, a customer name is required during Self Service Portal Logon.

If you have only one customer configured on Sophos Mobile Control, you can either pre-select or hide the customer field so that users do not have to enter it.

What To Do

  1. Log in as super administrator.
  2. Select Administration (the gear icon), and open the 'Self Service Portal' tab.
    • To pre-select the customer at Self Service Login:
      Select 'Default customer' and the customer name in 'SSP login customer preselection' at the bottom.
    • To hide the customer field:
      Deselect the checkbox 'visible and editable'.
