The existing Windows security group 'Sophos DB Admins' has the incorrect scope.
What To Do
The 'Sophos DB Admins' group should have the 'Domain local' scope.
- Open 'Active Directory Users and Computers' (Start | Run | Type:
dsa.msc | Press return).
- Locate the 'Sophos DB Admins' group, right-click and select 'Properties'.
- In the General tab change the scope first to 'Universal', click 'Apply' and then change it to 'Domain local' and click OK.
- Re-run setup.exe (C:\sec_5x\ServerInstaller\Setup.exe) to attempt the installation or upgrade.
