You should configure "\Device\ZesDisk" as an unhandled application on the client, either by editing the registry or by using group policy.

1. Editing the registry:

  1. Open your registry (Start--->Run and type Regedit) and navigate to the registry key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\UTIMACO\SGLCENC]
  2. Add a new "REG_SZ" with following information:
    Name: ExcludedDevices
    Type: REG_SZ
    Value : \Device\ZesDisk

Example: "ExcludedDevices"="\Device\ZesDisk;"

2. Configuring group policy:

  1. Computer Configuration | Windows Settings | SafeGuard | LAN Crypt Configuration | Unhandled Devices
  2. Add unhandled device - Enter a devicename "\Device\ZesDisk"
