PureMessage for UNIX is compatible with 64-bit Linux Operating systems.
However, you must perform additional steps to ensure that the installation runs successfully.
When installing on a fresh 64-bit Linux OS you may get the following error:

Install the required package:
On a RPM based distribution (CentOS/RedHat)
yum -y install glibc.i686
On a DEB based distribution (Debian/Ubuntu):
apt-get install ia32-libs
