Following re-installation of PureMessage on a cluster node, quarantine items appear in the Quarantine screen but when you attempt to access them, the following error is displayed:
Quarantine file does not exist on the server
Known to apply to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s)
PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange 3.1.0
PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange
This applies when re-installing PureMessage on a cluster node on Exchange 2010 in a Database Availability Group (DAG).
What To Do
Wait for 15 minutes, after which time the files should be restored.
This problem is caused because the files have not yet been copied to the node’s Quarantine folder by DFSR. There may be a period of up to 15 minutes while these files are unavailable before the first scheduled replication occurs
