Is it possible to add additional hard disks to a computer, after SafeGuard Easy has been installed?

SafeGuard Easy 4.50 automatically recognizes whether your computer has one or more hard disks. All the hard disks that are to be encrypted must already be connected to the computer (and switched on - in case of some external devices) before SafeGuard Easy is installed.

Please do not add additional hard disks to the system, after it has been secured by SafeGuard Easy.

If you want to add additional hard disks to the system, you should consider to completly remove SafeGuard Easy from the system first. After removing, install the new hard disk and re-install SafeGuard Easy.

This does not apply for removable media and hard disks that are recognized as removable disks.
