With the release of Sophos Enterprise Console (SEC) 5.2.1 the option to select a fixed package has been removed.
Note: If you have upgraded to 5.2.1 with fixed packages still in use by a subscription they will be visible in the console until they are no longer used. See article 119240 for more information.

Why has this functionality been removed?
We have reduced the number of available packages to make management of your software subscriptions easier. A smaller list allows for simple control and better protection.

I need access to fixed packages, what can I do?
If you have purchased a Platinum or Premium enhanced support level you will be able to discuss your requirements with your Sophos Technical Support Account Manager.
All standard support customers will be unable to access fixed packages.
