What To Do
To remove Sophos Mobile Security you have to deactivate the Device Administrator of Sophos Mobile Security first. To do so, proceed as follows:
Note: The path to a setting may vary depending on the Android version and/or the device you are using.
- Open the Settings of your Android device.
- Open 'Security.
- Open 'Device Administrators'.
- Clear the checkbox for 'Sophos Security'.
Sophos Mobile Security can now be uninstalled by dragging the app, from the app drawer to the uninstall section at the top of the home screen.
