An error similar to the following is listed in Enterprise Console, under Computer Details:
07/06/2011 08:19:03 000000d2 Could not mount Primary file server smb://servername/SophosUpdate/CIDs/S000/ESCOSX
The error can refer to both Primary and Secondary server addresses, and to an smb or afp path.
It is seen where:
- the endpoint is managed
- updates are done over the network via smb or afp
- the endpoint is unable to mount the share containing the update location, and therefore failed to update.
