Step 4: Decide how and when to train
If you're a smaller organization, you can review the materials with each employee, or simply email them the handbook (or a link to the online handbook) to review on their own.
Large enterprises may already have a training program. You can refresh your program with our tools. Work with HR to add materials to the new hire orientation program. It’s an easy way to educate every new employee on how to protect themselves and your company.
Set up weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly trainings. It’s your call. Alternatively, HR may have a new hire orientation program that you’ll just need to update.
