Sophos today announced the appointment of Emmanuelle Skala to vice president of global channels. Skala, a sales executive who previously managed sales & channel operations for Sophos, will report to Mike McGuinness, senior vice president of worldwide sales and field operations.
In this expanded role, Skala will focus on further optimizing channel efficiencies and driving Sophos’s Complete Security strategy within the channel. Near-term, Skala will finalize the self-service sales and training model for partners and distributors.
Skala brings twenty years of sales experience and has been with Sophos since 2008. At Sophos, Skala has led global sales and channel operations, where her teams significantly increased sales productivity. Prior to Sophos, Skala served in senior sales and operations roles at Endeca and Vertica.
“As we embark on the next generation of our partner program and prepare for our forthcoming global partner conferences, Emmanuelle’s channel sales and operations experience will be an enormous asset,” said Mike McGuinness, senior vice president of worldwide sales and field operations.
