Troj/Revacc-B is a backdoor Trojan that allows arbitrary commands to be run on an infected computer.

The Trojan "calls home" to a remote server and then accepts commands that are executed locally.

Troj/Revacc-B creates a service called WinSrch and runs automatically on system startup.
