Troj/PurScan-AE is a Trojan for the Windows platform.
Troj/PurScan-AE includes functionality to access the internet and communicate with a remote server via HTTP.
When first run Troj/PurScan-AE copies itself with a random filename to a folder with a random name in the Program Files folder.
The following registry entry is created to run Troj/PurScan-AE on startup:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
