Troj/Lineage-R is a password-stealing Trojan that attempts to steal passwords associated with the game "Lineage".

Troj/Lineage-R includes functionality to access the internet and communicate with a remote server via HTTP.

Troj/Lineage-R will attempt to terminate a number of security-related and anti-virus applications.

When first run Troj/Lineage-R copies itself to:

<Windows folder>\rundll32.exe
<Windows system folder>\Internat.exe

and creates the following file:

<Windows system folder>\hzdll.dll - Troj/Lineage-Q.

The following registry entry is created to run Troj/Lineage-R on startup:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
