More Information
Troj/Gampass-L is a Trojan for the Windows platform.
When run, Troj/Gampass-L copies itself as <windows>\rundl132.exe and <windows>\rundl13a.exe. It also drops a DLL as <system>\rav26.dll (also detected as Troj/Gampass-L).
The following Registry entry is added to hook system startup:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
(random key name)
<windows>\rundl13a.exe
Once running Troj/Gampass-L contains code to monitor user activity and log keystrokes. It also attempts to suppress detection alerts for an anti-virus product.
