Troj/Dumaru-L is a password-stealing Trojan for the Windows platform.

Troj/Dumaru-L includes functionality to send data to remote locations.

When first run Troj/Dumaru-L copies itself to:

<Startup>\rundllw.exe
<Windows>\dllreg.exe
<System>\load32.exe
<System>\vxdmgr32.exe

and creates the file <Windows>\sock55.dll.

The file sock55.dll is detected as Troj/Keylog-AB.

The following registry entries are created to run dllreg.exe, load32.exe and vxdmgr32.exe on startup:
