An endpoint's NAC status in Enterprise Console is 'unknown'
Issue
After downgrading an endpoint's Compliance agent from version 3.3 to version 3.1, the endpoint's NAC status is now showing as 'unknown'.
Known to apply to the following Sophos product and version:
Enterprise Console, version 4
What to do
Because you have downgraded from a previous version that was not designed to report to Enterprise Console, Enterprise Console cannot determine what the new status for the endpoint is.
No further action is required.
