Advisory: Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows 2000+, the update to version 7.6 requires a reboot
The release of Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows, version 7.6, will commence 24 September 2008, and continue over the next two weeks.
It will be an automatic update for Endpoint Security and Control customers and Small Business customers, and will include integrated Sophos Anti-Rootkit functionality.
The upgrade will require a reboot. However, your Sophos protection will not be affected if you delay restarting your computers.
