How to obtain firewall log files and settings in Endpoint Security and Control

This article explains how to find the firewall logs files and configuration settings on a single computer.

What To Do

Firewall settings

1. Right-click the Sophos Endpoint and Security shield icon and choose 'Open Sophos Endpoint and Security '.
2. Select ‘Configure Firewall’
3. On the General tab, click on the 'Export' button. Save the file to your desktop or other convenient location.

Firewall log

1. Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Sophos Client Firewall
2. Copy both op_data.ldb and op_data.mdb from the folder to a convenient location.
