Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows: 'Failed to create DOM document' (error number 0x80040154)

Issue
Installation of Sophos Anti-Virus fails with the error code 00000067. On looking at the Sophos Anti-Virus CustomActions log, you find the error message 'Failed to create DOM document' (0x80040154).

SAV for Windows 2000+, version 7.5

What to do

1. Open a command prompt and browse to the System32 folder.
2. Type the following commands to register these dlls:
   regsvr32 msxml3.dll
   regsvr32 msxml4.dll
