PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange: Disclaimers do not work if you are running Exchange 2007 SP1 or SP 2
PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange, version 3.0.x: disclaimers do not work if you are running Exchange 2007 SP1 or SP 2, in combination with Outlook or Outlook Web access.
You must use a transport rule to create a disclaimer, as describe in the Microsoft article: Exchange 2007 How to Configure a Disclaimer http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996585(EXCHG.80).aspx
