PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange: how to turn off notification of unscannable email messages

How to turn off notifications from PureMessage when it cannot scan corrupted or encrypted email attachments.

What to do
- Open PureMessage Console.
- In the left-hand pane click 'Exchange store scanning'.
- In the right-hand pane click 'Change exchange store scan settings.
- In the 'Change exchange store scan settings' dialog box, click the 'Scan' tab.
- In the 'On unscannable' panel, deselect the 'Alert administrator' checkbox.
- Click OK, then Save changes.
