Enterprise Console: Remote Desktop logon fails with error message
Issue
When you log on to the Server using Remote Desktop/Terminal Services and try and open the Enterprise Console, you get the error 'Not a member of Sophos Console Administrators Group'.

What to do
In Windows Active Directory ensure that the account you are using to log on to the server as is a member of the Sophos Console Administrators group. If necessary, add the user account to that group.
