Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows: when re-installing you see the error 00000025
Issue
When re-installing the Sophos Anti-Virus component in a networked environment via the Sophos Control Centre or the Enterprise Console, you see this error in the Control Centre or Enterprise Console:
00000025 - uninstallation of remote management system failed

What to do
- From Windows Control Panel, go to 'Add or Remove Programs'.
- Locate 'Sophos Remote Management System' and select 'Remove'.
- You will get the error:
The feature you are using is on a network resource that is unavailable- If you are using Sophos Control Center:
- Click-on the 'Browse' button and type: \\ServerName\SOPHOS\SAVSCFXP\rms\
- Select 'Sophos Remote Management System.msi' and click 'Open'.
- If you are using Enterprise Console:
- Click-on the 'Browse' button and type: \\ServerName\InterChk\SAVSCFXP\rms\ or \\ServerName\InterChk\ESXP\rms\
- Select 'Sophos Remote Management System.msi' and click 'Open'.
- If you are using Sophos Control Center:
- Sophos Remote Management System should now uninstall successfully.
- Re-deploy Sophos Anti-Virus from your Sophos Control Center or Enterprise Console.
