Issue
Package download failed after upgrade from EM Library 1.3 to EM Library 1.3.2. The following error is displayed in the Message Log:
The "\\<server-name>\SophosEM" library update task has failed. INDEX 0x8000ffff
Update failed. Parent could not be accessed. Check the parent address/path and access settings. INDEX 0x8000ffff
Could not read the EM Library database. MCID 0x80040403

This is a corporate firewall and/or a proxy issue, related to the upgrade of EM Library.
What to do
Your existing corporate firewall and/or proxy configuration will already allow access to http://es-latest-2.sophos.com/update. You must now configure your firewall/proxy to allow the additional URLs:
http://es-latest-3.sophos.com/updatehttp://es-central-3.sophos.com/update
