NAC Agent installation from the SEC Protect computers wizard fails after NAC Agent was manually uninstalled from a computer.

What to do:

  1. Access the NaC Agent installation log. The NAC installation log is located in the %tmp% directory on the endpoint.
  2. Review the log for the following error. Error: DNE installation requires a reboot first. Please run this install again after restarting the computer.
  3. If this error exists in the log, restart the computer and attempt to install the NAC Agent again using the SEC Protect computers wizard.
