- Close Enterprise Console.
- From a client running Sophos Anti-Virus 7.5 and above take a copy of SAVRes.dll. By default this is in:

At the computer running Enterprise Console, locate the original file SAVRes.dll (which by default is installed in: C:\Program Files\Sophos\Enterprise Console\SavProviders\XP\) and rename it to savres.dll.orig- Copy the newer SAVRes.dll file taken from step 1 into the location in step 2 as SAVRes.dll.
- Re-launch Enterprise Console.
3. Upgrade to Sophos Enterprise Console, version 3.1 when available.
