When the NAC Agent is installed on a German Windows 2000 SP4 computer, Agent configuration template settings are not applied by policy. Agent configuration template settings are applied on all other supported operating systems.

What to do

Using Notepad, you can change the following Agent configuration settings in the Agent.ini file located on the computer in the <drive letter>:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Sophos NAC\Log folder.

Note: If you change the encrypted Agent.ini settings, the NAC Agent will not function.
